McCoy has a proven track record in business development with over 20 years of management experience in an established MNC. Leveraging on his extensive expertise in marketing and customer relation skills, in-depth knowledge and know-how of new businesses, McCoy manages the developmental aspects of Hawkeye Security Solutions, along with coordinating its finances and office management. With certified security qualifications, he oversees the daily operations and recruitment in tandem with the Director of Planning/ Operations, Shaifudin.

Armed with 27 years of security experience in both local and regional markets, Shaifudin has held several key managerial positions in commercial, industrial and hospitality properties. As a Qualified Fire Safety Manager, Head of Emergency Planning Team and Certified Business Continuity Expert, Shaifudin has successfully conducted and facilitated large scale emergency exercises. These comprise of Pandemic Flu, Haze, Mass Food Poisoning, IT Disaster, Terrorism, Bomb Threat, Evacuation Drills with SCDF, SPF and various government agencies. His wealth of experience also extends to managing the security aspect of high profile ministerial events such as APEC and other state events.
